International Pipe announces strategic acquisition of R.B. Jacobson, Inc., forming Big Bear Pipe & Steel
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – International Pipe and its owner/CEO Donald B. Karchmer are pleased to announce the asset purchase of Big Bear Pipe & Steel, formally known as R.B. Jacobson, Inc., located in Hesperia, CA. The company brings a broad spectrum of inventory and services to the International Pipe family, including a full fabrication shop. Big Bear Pipe & Steel joins a family of companies, including International Pipe in Oklahoma City, OK, Bison Pipe in Jerome, ID, and Bigfoot Pipe & Piling located in Puyallup, WA.
